It is once again that time for delectable excitement as Lights All Night favors Dallas with an eye awakening lineup and joyous news of actually taking place on New Year's Eve, December 30 and 31, 2025! Last year was absolutely bewildering experiencing Ray Volpe and his wickedly rage-induced fever of a set for the first time, ranking him as my number one favorite dubstep DJ and taking in the beautiful lights of the venue at the Dallas Market Hall. This year will be my third time basking in Wooli's glory with hopefully some recaps of his finer pieces like Chaos Theory and Name Drop. I imagine I will be revisiting Porter Robinson as I finally beat the curse of missing him for years (things such as choosing a different headliner and forgetting to take a second glance at the names playing as a finale, or arriving to a new venue that ended the rave at ten thirty versus the usual two am ritual) and I hope to once again cry to more of his tracks - literally ANYTHING from his heart wrenchingly beautiful album, Worlds. Here, my fellow companion also gifts his own excitement for the legendary artist:
"I'm definitely most excited for Porter, somehow I haven't caught one of his shows yet but I've listened to him for years. It's hard to find words to express how good his music is, but just a few words and some pretty bleeps and bloops are all he needs to catch me in the feels. After that I'll have to go face melt my tears away to Deathpact or something, unless he closes, then I'll have to go home and cry some more."
All these artists are tantalizing towards my nine years of professional raving ~ but one takes the cake in means of my inability to contain my feverish euphoria. Griz is back! Nothing beats like a jet two holiday when it comes to bringing live music onto the stage and I absolutely must fight my way into the front to witness the funky, groovy tunes of Mr. Kwiecinski's talent. I've adored this man's art as far back as pre covid days and naturally I must see for myself the magic of "Griztronics", "A Fine Way to Die", "Vibe Check", all of it! Let's enter 2026 with that hip saxophone of yours, I can guarantee this Year's performance is going to be an absolute hit you dont want to miss.
We have attended this festival for a few years now and it’s our absolute favorite way to close out each year. Lights All Night attendees are a strong rave family and there’s no better way to celebrate the closing of one year and welcoming the new year in.
