Fueled by decades of ATL grit and global D&B energy, Jungle Bells returns this winter with its boldest move yet: a two-day, full-venue takeover of Atlanta’s iconic Masquerade, the four-stage home base that’s been central to its story from day one. What began as a homegrown party passed along on photocopied flyers has grown into one of North America’s most respected independent drum & bass festivals — and a driving force in the genre’s revival. The milestone 2025 edition will showcase some of the scene’s most in-demand artists, mixing genre-defining pioneers with the next wave of innovators.

Rudimental bring chart-topping hits and a Grammy nomination alongside their BRIT Award–winning legacy; Roni Size returns as a Mercury Prize trailblazer; Bou, one of the UK’s fastest-rising producers, fuels dance floors with heavyweight bass and viral anthems; Goddard represents the melodic new wave; while acts like Kings of the Rollers ft Serum, Voltage, Bladerunner + Inja and B-Complex channel deeply rooted, emotionally rich styles. Rising voices such as Andromedik from Tomorrowland’s camp and Mandidextrous UK bass crossover innovator, reflect the festival’s forward-looking edge, ensuring the spotlight shines on both legends and the genre’s next wave. Venjent w/ Oktae are set to rock as one of the most interactive social media stars on the line up.

Also joining the lineup are international and U.S. powerhouses: Born on Road, the Bristol collective carrying the torch for UK sound system culture; Dillinja, a pioneer of techstep’s raw power; Danny Byrd and Fred V, champions of melodic and vocal-driven D&B; and ÆON:MODE, one of the genre’s most explosive rising acts. They’re joined by Critical Sound System ft. Kasra & Enei, LSB & DRS, Muzz, Basstripper, Mozey, Sustance, Visages, D:RC, DJ Wednesday, Platez  and more — a true balance of global heavyweights and underground firepower.

In a city best known as the capital of hip hop, Jungle Bells has carved out an unlikely but undeniable home for drum & bass,” says Jungle Bells co-founder and brand director Brandon Couturier,The DJs feel that energy here… the crowd knows their history, they don’t settle for mediocrity, and the vibe is electric every single time.”

Artist Justin Hawkes adds: “Jungle Bells always invokes the real fun in this culture and breathes life into our genre in that uniquely excellent Atlanta way.”

This year’s four-stage setup (Heaven, Hell, Purgatory, and Altar) offers distinct sonic journeys, with afterparties that keep the music going into the early hours. For MJ Lee, Jungle Bells co-founder, widely referred to as “the festival’s host" it’s about more than just music. Behind the scene is a deep commitment to artist care, crowd connection, and honoring the culture that’s kept D&B alive in the States through boom, bust, and revival. “Half our audience travels from across the U.S. or overseas. We’ve had fans come 33 hours from Australia — and that energy pushes every performer to deliver something unforgettable. We bust our ass so you can shake yours.”

Looking ahead, Jungle Bells is in year four of a five-year plan that includes national touring and international collaborations, with offers already on the table for Europe, South America, and Asia in 2026. The goal: to solidify Jungle Bells as a global cultural hub for drum & bass, with an unmistakable Atlanta heartbeat. And they still hand out flyers: “There’s nothing better than handing someone a flyer in person and seeing their face light up at the lineup, the art, and the spirit of what we do.”
